How do I place an order?

Creating your Solara photobook is simple. Choose your product, upload your photos, and personalise your book using our easy-to-use editor. You have full control over layouts, text, colours, and images before placing your order. Once you’re happy with your design, simply review and checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Solara photobooks are made to order.

Estimated delivery times (outside peak periods):

Economy Shipping: 4–5 business days

Express Shipping: from 4 business days

Delivery times include order processing, production, and shipping. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Where is my order produced?

Solara photobooks are fulfilled in 17 countries worldwide to ensure faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

In most cases, orders are produced at the nearest available production centre. Occasionally, due to factors such as stock availability or production capacity, orders may be fulfilled internationally even if a local facility exists.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Orders are currently fulfilled in the following countries:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

How much can I customise my photobook?

Completely. Solara photobooks are fully customisable. You can edit layouts, text, colours, images, and design elements to create a book that’s uniquely yours. Each book is printed exactly as designed and approved at checkout.

What are the dimensions and materials?

Our photobooks are crafted to premium standards.

Product specifications:

Size: A4 Hardcover (29.7 Ɨ 21.0 cm / 11.7 Ɨ 8.3 in)

Cover: Matte laminated hardcover, coated silk (150–200gsm)

Backing: Sturdy 3mm thick cardboard

Inner pages: 170gsm coated silk paper

Sustainability: FSC / PEFC-certified (or equivalent) paper

Printing: Fully printable front and back cover

Capacity: Up to 200 inner pages

What can Solara photobooks be used for?

Can I return or get a refund for my photobook?

As all Solara photobooks are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for changes of mind or design errors made during the editing process.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review their entire photobook design including text, images, layout, and spelling before placing an order. Once submitted, designs are printed exactly as approved.

What if there’s a quality issue with my order?

If your order arrives with a printing defect, production error, or damage, we’re happy to review it.

Please contact our support team with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement where appropriate.

What isn’t covered by replacements or refunds?

We’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

- Spelling or grammar mistakes in approved designs
- Image quality issues caused by low-resolution uploads
- Design choices confirmed by the customer at checkout
